STEP 1: Enroll with National Verifier. New and existing Total Highspeed customers need to enroll.

• Before filling out this form, you must confirm eligibility and enrollment with the U.S. Federal Government.

• Please visit the National Verifier to verify your eligibility and confirm enrollment.

• Be sure to note your “Application ID” as you need it to complete this form below.

• Note: language on the verifier says “Lifeline Program,” but it also verifies participation in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).

STEP 2: Sign up for internet service with Total Highspeed Internet. Existing Total Highspeed customers may skip directly to Step 3.

STEP 3: Fill out the form below to enroll in Total Highspeed's ACP discount. Filling this out online is the fastest and easiest way to qualify for a $30 discount off your bill.

Please ensure the information you enter below matches the information you submitted to qualify for the ACP subsidy. If the eligibility for ACP is through a Benefit Qualifying Person other than yourself, you must also fill out that section in the form below.
